Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DHL (door-to-door service). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the final order total. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders will be shipped within 8 to 10 business days from the time the order is processed. All our pieces are handmade at our production facilities in Rio Negro (Antioquia, Colombia). Delivery times may vary depending on availability and stock.
